Additional air suspension for the rear axle for camper vans, motorhomes or panel vans, flatbed vans
The Air Suspension is specifically designed for the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper.
It is fitted to the rear axle of the vehicle and consists of a complete retrofit kit, including a dual circuit system and a compressor with specific soft-touch control. The bellows have a diameter of 8 inches and can support loads up to 4100 kg.
The soft touch panel features a pressure gauge and a combination switch that serves as both a drain valve and a compressor switch. Optionally, the system can be equipped with pressure protection valves.
In vehicles without an electric handbrake, a vehicle-specific control element can be installed to the left of the steering wheel in the cockpit.
Suitable for the following vehicles:
- Fiat Ducato type 250/290 - from year of construction 2006
- Citroen Jumper type 250/290 - from year of construction 2006
- Peugeot Boxer type 250/290 - from year of construction 2006
The kit includes:
- 2x double bellows. Reinforced version of bellows membrane (3-ply) with 8 inch diameter.
- 2x filling valve
- 2x pressure gauge
- 1x manometer (specific to the vehicle)
- Vehicle-specific mounting brackets (galvanised)
- Fastening material (screws, nuts, brackets, etc.)
- TÜV certificate (TÜV Nord, Federal Motor Transport Authority KBA)
- Hose (GS-tested)
- Air and connection couplings
- Optional: vehicle-specific cover
- Compressor with overload protection and splash-proof IP68

The soft touch air suspension is available in all configurations, as a single-circuit or dual-circuit system. The control panel can be universal or vehicle-specific.
The air compressor is included and is available in either a standard or heavy-duty version

Please note!
This air suspension kit does not fit to Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroen Jumper Type 250 from model year 2023 with a stabilizer on the rear axle and with an electric handbrake (both together).

2-Kreis-Zusatzluftfederung (Z8) mit fahrzeugspezifischem Softbed
Bin nach langem suchen auf dieses Angebot gestoßen. Andere namhafte Hersteller bieten diese Zusatzluftfederung mit weniger Leistung, aber mit deutlich höherem Preis an. Vorweg genommen, ich bin nicht enttäuscht worden! Geliefert wurde binnen 3 Werktage. Die einzelnen Teile sind sehr gut verarbeitet mit hoher Qualität. Die Montageanleitung ist gut zu verstehen, Rückfragen werden zeitnah bearbeitet. Mit ein wenig Geschick, ist der Einbau (ohne Bühne) für jeden machbar. 100% Empfehlung!!! Gruß Hans
17 zoll zusatz 2-kreis luftfederung ducato kastenwagen
Federung montage ist einfach, aber mann müss liegend unter der hinterasche arbeiten. Dass ist mir nicht ohne ärger gelüngen. Ich habe der high preformance kompressor verbaut. Der geht nicht herein in der raum hinten der "einstieg" fahrerseite. Ich hab er unter der fahrersitz verbaut. Einer der manometer die ab werk verschraubt is war nicht ganz luftdicht. Die suche nach der ursache der luftverlust hat mir viel zeit gekosted. Die lieferzeit war in meine fall nicht 2 bis 3 tagen aber 8 tagen (nach der Niederlände). Aber jetzt geht alles super auf und herunter. Comfort ist auch viel besser, weniger lärm im kastenwagen. Kein geklapper mehr.

Luftfederung - Zwei-Kreis-System Z8 mit Kompressor und fahrzeugs
Ich habe bereits eine AHK mit Rahmenverlängerung dort bestellt und montiert. Mit der Qualität bin ich sehr zufrieden. Dann habe ich die Zusatzluftfederung für meinen Citroen Jumper Carado T 338 bestellt. Geliefert wurde binnen 3 Tage und der Einbau ist für einen Heimwerker absolut kein Problem. Die Montageanleitung ist leicht verständlich. Im Gegensatz zu anderen namhaften Herstellern, ist X Camping im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis weit vorne und ich spreche eine 100% Empfehlung aus.
