EMUK is a brand that has been built up for 35 years. Its name is an abbreviation for Emmendinger Maschinen und Kunststoffwerk. Since 2009, the company has been operating as a public limited company, but its greatest boom came in 2012 and has continued so far. It was then that the company changed its management and officially operates as EMUK GmbH & Co. KG. Another important date for the brand was 2017, when, as a result of increasing demand for its services, it relocated its production facility to Lahr in the Schwarzwald.

EMUK now combines its various business branches under one brand. Among other things, they are involved in the production of vehicle accessories, mainly for campervans and caravans, and parts for specialised machinery such as conveyor belts. Their portfolio also includes professional powder coating services for steel components, or retail sales of camping equipment and water sports accessories.
