ACS Towbar Systems BV is a leading manufacturer of detachable ball heads for towbars. The ACS Towbar Systems portfolio consists of four different product groups: vertically and horizontally detachable systems as well as bottom-mounted "U" types and adapters for flanged towbars.
ACS Towbar Systems BV - Detachable towbar systems
ACS Towbar Systems BV was established in 1997 and initially focused on the production of complete towbar systems. After discontinuing the production of crossbars in 2003, the company focused on the development and production of detachable systems. In 2008, the innovative "6000 Generation" vertical detachable system was introduced, which is recognised as one of the best models on the market.
The acquisition by the Brink Group in 2013 was due to the success of the removable systems and continued customer growth across Europe. Despite being part of the Brink Group, ACS Towbar Systems retains its independence and remains a preferred manufacturer of high quality detachable systems.
Today the portfolio consists of four different product groups:
- Vertical and Horizontal Detachable Systems
- as well as "U" types for SUVs, which can be inserted from below
- and detachable flange towball adapters.
