The 150 mm bellows air suspension system for Fiat Ducato type 250 (2006-2024) is an auxiliary airbags for the rear axle, suitable for motorhomes, panel vans and cab chassis trucks. This dual air circuit system enables independent control of the 6-inch air springs and is specially designed for vehicles with standard Fiat frames (not for ALKO frames). Configurable with hard-button or soft-touch controls and optional air pump, the set offers a maximum load capacity of up to 4100 kg. All necessary components such as reinforced air bellows, pressure gauge and TÜV certificate are included.

Auxiliary airbag suspension for the rear axle of motorhomes (RVs), panel vans, cab chassis trucks
This auxiliary air suspension is specially designed for the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper Type 250 models built between 2006 and 2014 and from 2014 (Stellantis Group vehicles).
With the introduction of the facelift Ducato, Boxer and Jumper models in 2014, an optional electric parking brake was also introduced for the vehicles. The brake control is located to the left of the steering wheel in a storage compartment, which can also be used for the air suspension controls if required. Our air bag suspension kits are fully compatible with both manual and electric parking brakes, as the control unit is mounted to the right of the steering wheel.
The auxiliary suspension consists of 150 mm air bellows (Z6), which are mounted on the rear axle and are designed for vehicles with Fiat original frames (not for AL-KO frames).
The pneumatic system is designed as a 2-circuit kit so that the air bellows can be controlled independently on the left and right. It is suitable for motorhomes, panel vans and chassis cabs with the original Fiat frame.
Configuration options for a customised retrofit of air bag suspension for Ducato, Jumper, Boxer
The air suspension can be customised to the needs of your vehicle in two simple steps:
- control panel
- Hard-button control panel: Features manual buttons and optional switches for the air compressor and drain valves.
- Soft-touch control panel: Integrates two pressure gauges and combination switches that combine the functions of the drain valve and compressor pressure switch.
- air compressor
- The system with or without air compressor can be selected for the hard-button control panel.
- For the soft-touch control panel, the air compressor is already integrated to ensure convenient control of the air supply and discharge.
Features of the pneumatic suspension kits
The kit includes a complete 2-circuit system with individually selectable control panel. The air springs (6 inch, Z6) are designed for a maximum load of 4100 kg and are suitable for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of up to 3500 kg.

How to assemble air springs to motorhome, delivery van or other vehicle?
The air bellows of the additional air suspension are fitted between the frame and rear axle to support the function of the existing leaf springs. The set is suitable for the chassis of the Fiat Ducato and identical models made by Stellantis Group, such as the Peugeot Boxer and Citroen Jumper.

Two air bellows variants (Z6 and Z8 / 150/2 and 170/2) and different control units (soft-touch and hard-button) are available for this product family. There is also a heavy-duty air suspension compressor option for the 8-inch version. For vehicles with a higher total weight, we offer a special air suspension systems increasing car’s payload.
