Air suspension for Fiat Ducato type 250 built (2006-2024) with 150mm bellows

This auxiliary air suspension is specially designed for the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper Type 250 models built between 2006 and 2014 and from 2014 (Stellantis Group vehicles).

With the introduction of the facelift Ducato, Boxer and Jumper models in 2014, an optional electric parking brake was also introduced for the vehicles. The brake control is located to the left of the steering wheel in a storage compartment, which can also be used for the air suspension controls if required. Our air bag suspension kits are fully compatible with both manual and electric parking brakes, as the control unit is mounted to the right of the steering wheel.

The auxiliary suspension consists of 150 mm air bellows (Z6), which are mounted on the rear axle and are designed for vehicles with Fiat original frames (not for AL-KO frames).

The pneumatic system is designed as a 2-circuit kit so that the air bellows can be controlled independently on the left and right. It is suitable for motorhomes, panel vans and chassis cabs with the original Fiat frame.

Configuration options for a customised retrofit of air bag suspension for Ducato, Jumper, Boxer

The air suspension can be customised to the needs of your vehicle in two simple steps:

1. control panel

• Hard-button control panel: Features manual buttons and optional switches for the air compressor and drain valves.
• Soft-touch control panel: Integrates two pressure gauges and combination switches that combine the functions of the drain valve and compressor pressure switch.

2. air compressor

• The system with or without air compressor can be selected for the hard-button control panel.
• For the soft-touch control panel, the air compressor is already integrated to ensure convenient control of the air supply and discharge.

Features of the pneumatic suspension kits

The kit includes a complete 2-circuit system with individually selectable control panel. The air springs (6 inch, Z6) are designed for a maximum load of 4100 kg and are suitable for vehicles with a gross vehicle weight rating of up to 3500 kg.
